Graduate Profile


UNITY Christian High School seeks to graduate students who:

• Are compassionate and wise leaders in their families, churches and broader communities
• Are bold witnesses to the transforming power of the gospel in every part of their lives and vocations
• Are able to act with Christian discretion, knowledgeable of the Truth
• Display integrity, respect, reliability, responsibility, and excitement about the prospect of using the talents
• God has given them in the service of God and others:

• work well with others
• know how to take a position, and advocate it
• speak and write effectively
• listen carefully; read for comprehension, recognize bias
• be able to organize

• Are grounded in a Biblical worldview which enables them to articulate and act upon God's call to serve Him in all areas of their lives,
• Are life-long learners: knowledgeable, effective, competent thinkers and communicators, who are appropriately equipped to excel at whatever calling they pursue after high school:

• use libraries, computers, resources
• develop hobbies
• take advantage of educational opportunities
• keep up-to-date with issues
• think logically
• flexible in career choices
• be aware of own gifts
• aware of available opportunities
• computer literate
• can learn new skills
• adaptable
• interests in various areas

Enriching students to grow to such Kingdom maturity, is the all-encompassing joy and task of the Christian teacher. The staff will work together to ensure that love for the students and continued growth as Christian professionals focusses on helping students begin to achieve the goals above.
